Pete Carroll's USC Class: 'The Game is Life'
Pete Carroll teaches a class at USC called 'The Game is Life', sharing his coaching philosophy and life lessons with students.

In USC's Marshall School of Business basement lecture hall, Pete Carroll stands before a class of nearly 60 students, his 'Win Forever' philosophy projected behind him. Dressed casually in a sand-colored linen button-down shirt, grey jeans, and matching sneakers, the 73-year-old paces back and forth, his arms animating his words, exuding a contagious zeal as he speaks. 'Practice is everything,' Carroll says, diving into the tenets of his philosophy. 'If you want something, you've got to get good at it.... You have to find a way to make time, make scheduling, set priorities, get your s--t so that you can be available to get good at what you want to get good at.'
