Jayden Daniels Shines as Commanders Upset Lions
In a thrilling playoff matchup, rookie QB Jayden Daniels led the Washington Commanders to a 45-31 upset victory over the top-seeded Detroit Lions.

The Commanders will now advance to the NFC Championship Game, where they will face the winner of Sunday's game between the Philadelphia Eagles and Los Angeles Rams. Daniels threw for 299 yards and two touchdowns, while also running for 52 yards. The Commanders' offense was clicking on all cylinders, as they gained 482 total yards and punted only once. The defense also came up big, intercepting four passes and recording a strip-sack that led to a touchdown. It was a complete team effort for Washington, who are now one win away from the Super Bowl.
