Prolific Prep Relocates to Fort Lauderdale: A New Era for High School Basketball

Prolific Prep, a leading high school basketball program, is moving from California to Florida, promising enhanced resources and a new training facility.

Prolific Prep, a cornerstone of high school basketball excellence, is embarking on a significant transition from Napa, California, to Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This move marks a pivotal shift in the landscape of high school basketball, particularly in the competitive arena of Florida-based private schools like Montverde Academy and IMG Academy.

Since its establishment in 2014, Prolific Prep has consistently ranked in the ESPN 25 high school basketball rankings, producing notable NBA talents such as Jalen Green of the Houston Rockets. The program has also been a breeding ground for McDonald's All Americans and a regular participant in the Chipotle Nationals tournament.

The decision to relocate is driven by the strategic advantage of a prime location and access to enhanced resources. Coach Ryan Bernardi expressed optimism about the move, stating, "Staying ahead of the curve with a prime location and enhanced resources sets up Prolific Prep for an unprecedented next chapter of success."

In addition to the relocation, Prolific Prep is set to unveil a state-of-the-art training facility by the start of the next season. This facility will feature a professional-grade practice court, an elite-level strength staff and weight room, modern team rooms, and advanced recovery suites, further solidifying its status as a top-tier basketball program.

The move is expected to attract even more elite talent, with the program already boasting top prospects like Obinna Ekezie, the No. 5 prospect in the ESPN 60 for 2027. The combination of strategic relocation and advanced facilities positions Prolific Prep to continue its legacy of excellence and innovation in high school basketball.
