The scene was tragic outside the Monumental Stadium in Santiago.
Before the game between Colo Colo and Fortaleza, about 100 fans were blocked by police when trying to enter the stadium. This led to fighting, and tragically, two teenagers died. Local prosecutor Francisco Morales said an investigation is underway to determine if a police car was involved.
