Lauren Bell, the 25-year-old from Forres, has had an amazing start to 2025. She won a European Championship silver and three British golds. Despite setbacks, she's determined to reach new heights, aiming for medals at major events.

Bell, who swapped athletics for cycling in her late teens, has two World Championship medals. Missing the Olympics led her to recalibrate her life. Now, she's focused on the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow and learning Gaelic.

She believes balancing her life makes her perform better and is hopeful for a successful future in cycling.
