Reflecting on his performance, Norris stated, "Max did a Max lap once again and I can't fault him." He added, "I'm very happy with the end result. Just a shame when you miss out on pole, so that's the only frustrating bit." Norris has been experimenting with different strategies and collaborating closely with his team to enhance his performance, which he believes is moving in the right direction.

Norris's teammate, Oscar Piastri, also felt he could have contended for pole position but attributed his fourth-place finish to "poor execution."
